This is a service whose purpose is to assess the real condition of the home before making a decision or hiring more detailed research. During it, the property is looked at professionally: not as a future resident, but as a specialist who is looking for possible problems, defects and risks.

During the initial inspection, what is often overlooked by the buyer is assessed: structural features, moisture risks, possible heat losses, ventilation situation, obvious installation or repair deficiencies.
